Introduction

The Dominica Houston Association was established in 1996 by dedicated Dominican community members in the greater Houston area. With a shared vision to unite Dominicans and their allies, our goal has always been to celebrate, preserve, and promote the richness of Dominican culture and heritage.

Over the years, we’ve remained committed and active—supporting those in need both here in Houston and back home in Dominica through charitable efforts and community outreach.

At the Dominica Houston Association, we believe that meaningful change often starts with small acts of support. Since becoming a registered non-profit organization in 2000, we’ve worked diligently to uplift the most vulnerable in our community. We invite you to join us in our mission—because when we give together, we grow together, and the world becomes a better place for all.
